Our Story

The PureMD journey began in 2013 when Dr. Suresh Gupta founded Tranquility Laser Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Originally focused on liposuction and advanced laser procedures, the practice quickly became known for combining medical precision with aesthetic artistry to deliver natural, lasting results.

In 2015, Dr. Gupta expanded his vision by acquiring PureMD Dayton and bringing both practices together under a single brand: PureMD MedSpa.

The goal was to create something different from a traditional spa or cosmetic clinic—a physician-directed medical spa where advanced technology, medical expertise, and personalized care work together to help patients feel more confident in their own skin.

Over the past decade, PureMD MedSpa has continued to grow throughout Southwest Ohio, becoming one of the region’s trusted destinations for aesthetic medicine, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and wellness services.
