Non-Surgically Stimulate Collagen Production

Book Now

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) facials are a new, effective beauty trend popularized by celebrities and beauty influencers. Some people even refer to PRP facials as a “fountain of youth” because of their skin-rejuvenating effects.

PRP facials, first and foremost, address the signs of aging, while also being nearly completely free of discomfort. PRP facials are non-surgical, safe, and provide our patients with incredible results of younger, better-looking skin!

To perform a PRP facial in Beavercreek, we collect plasma from your blood. We then purify the plasma and strategically inject it into your skin. These injections give your body an added boost to repair your skin from the inside out, leaving you with noticeably younger-looking skin.

Why Try a PRP Facial in Beavercreek?

01

Repairs Skin

A PRP facial stimulates the growth of new and healthy cells which can repair damage to the skin, such as acne scarring and sun damage.

02

Reverses Signs of Aging

PRP facials help to stimulate the production of collagen. With the added collagen production, your skin is more responsive and signs of aging, such as wrinkles, are reduced.

03

Little Preparation or Recovery Time Required

You won’t need to do much to get ready for a PRP facial. Simply wear sunscreen for the week leading up to your facial, stay hydrated (drink at least 64 oz. of water) for 3 days leading up to your visit, and don’t wear makeup to your appointment with us.

Recovery is minimal, with some redness that may last a few days after treatment. You can return to normal activity the following day.

The PRP Facial Process

What to Expect

Consultation

Before your PRP facial at PureMD in Beavercreek, you'll meet with one of our providers for a consultation. During this time, we will discuss your skin concerns and what you want to achieve. Based on your consultation, we will determine if a PRP facial is right for you.

Preparation

We will start by applying a medical-grade numbing cream. This ensures that the procedure is pain-free.

Draw Blood

We will draw a small amount of your blood. Next, we extract plasma for your treatment. We like to refer to PRP as “liquid gold” because it has a yellow color and the enrichment it can provide your skin.

Application

Once we prep the PRP, your skincare professional will then strategically inject the PRP using microneedles into the targeted areas of your skin. We also apply PRP to the exterior of your skin for maximum effect.

Results

Results can be seen almost immediately after your treatment. You will also continue to see improvements in your skin in the weeks that follow your PRP facial. We recommend 3 treatments over 3 months to maximize your results.

Before Your PRP Facial Appointment

  • Wear sunscreen for the week leading up to your appointment to prevent UV damage
  • Drink 64 oz. of water a day for 3 days before your PRP facial
